Dear Parents!
We are very pleased to inform you that the DDCS ID Security Cards project is finally a reality! Thank you for your support with our Great American Fundraising.
The ID Cards will be used as a security measure at the entrance of the school during arrival and dismissal for the parent drop off/pick up option and also for assemblies and school shows. PTO will give 2 ID Cards per family, but an extra card can be bought for $5.

In order to get your DDCS ID Security Card, please send an email to <> with the following information: your full name, a passport size picture with a white background, proof that you are cleared at Miami Dade County Public Schools System and name and homeroom teacher of your child, no later than Nov. 15.  PLEASE write your first and last name on the Subject of the email.

PTO will make the cards and they will be distributed the following days:
December 3: PK – K  - 1st grade  (7:45 to 8:30 am and 4:30 to 6 pm)
December 4: 2nd, 3rd grade  (7:45 to 8:30 am and 4:30 to 6 pm)
December 5: 4th, 5th grade (7:45 to 8:30 and 4:30 to 6 pm)
December 6: 6th grade (7:45 to 8.30 and 4:30 to 6pm)

Please note that the DDCS ID Security Cards will be mandatory to enter the school during arrival/dismissal and for assemblies and school shows. Parents that don’t have their DDCS IDs on December 10, 2018 and thereafter will have to go to the office and get a pass to drop off/pick up their child.

Thank you very much!
